What I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you contact me or book a lesson
• Booking details: date, time and type of lesson
• Information you share for your lessons: your level, goals and lesson notes
• Billing details, for invoices

Why

I use this data to schedule and give your lessons, to send invoices, and to meet my legal obligations as a business. I don't use it for advertising and I don't sell it.

• Cal.com: online booking
• Google Workspace: email and your personal online learning space
• Microsoft Teams or Google Meet: online lessons

How long I keep it

Course data is kept during your course and up to 90 days after it ends. Invoices are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires (7 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing elsa@casadoportugues.eu. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
